My project is still in construction; shall I submit the project to my Chapter or wait and submit after 1-year of utility data is obtained?

If the entrant wishes to ultimately submit to the Society competition, then he/she should wait until they have all the necessary backup data and information in hand by the time of the Regional competition. First place winners of the Regional competition are eligible for advancement to the Society level and may not postpone their submission beyond the current competition cycle.
Should I use the short form or long form for submission to the Regional competition?

Society is encouraging the Regions to use the same standards in judging entries that apply to the Society level competition. Furthermore, if the entrant wishes to ultimately submit to the Society competition, there is only approximately 1 month between notification by the Region and the Society level deadline to prepare the necessary documents. For these reasons, entrants are encouraged to submit to the Region using the long form, although the short form will still be accepted.
